Fast Palletiser Installation: Real Customer Experiences of Going Live in Under 48 Hours

Installed by the end of day one

One customer was quoted a minimum of two weeks’ installation time elsewhere, with multiple engineers on site. Our team had their system installed by the end of the first day. A big reason for that speed is our patented modular palletiser design — the system arrives largely pre-built and pre-tested, so time on your factory floor is kept to a minimum.

Picking its first case in under 48 hours

From the moment the system arrived and was uncrated, to the moment it picked its first case and stacked it on a pallet, took less than 48 hours. That’s what installation should look like: measured in days, not weeks.

Three days of hands-on, on-site training

A fast install means nothing if your team can’t run the machine confidently. At one customer’s site in Whitton, our engineers stayed for three days of hands-on training, helping both the engineering and production teams set up and fully automate the machine.

Staying on to iron out integration issues

Our team then stayed a further day to supervise live operation — and resolved communication issues between the palletiser and other parts of the production line’s control system before leaving site. Integration problems are dealt with there and then, not left for you to discover on Monday morning.

Immediate post-installation support

When questions came up after the install, the response was immediate. As one customer put it, our engineers came out, sorted any problems quickly, and trained their staff thoroughly on every feature they asked for.
