Autonomous Mobile Robots - AMRs

These AMRs can be used in conjunction with any of the Granta palletising systems. They would typically be used to remove full pallets and take them to the required storage area, but in some applications, they can also be used to load empty pallets into the system.

If the AMRs path is blocked it will automatically circumnavigate the obstacle and recalculate a new route to the destination.

The AMRs GoControl software is a web interface which can be accessed from any device with a browser. It receives, priorities and manages orders and dispatches the AMRs accordingly.

The GoControl map displays:

Physical infrastructure - pallet stations, charging stations and conveyor stations etc.
Virtual infrastructure - parking spots, traffic control and zones.
Real time robot location/tracking - including robot ID, load status and current destination.

The map can also be easily edited to add or remove components, and rearrange existing components.
