Modular Bag Palletising System

The Modular bag palletising system is quick to install, low cost and fast and easy to program.

Depending on your bag filling process, you many need to palletise different sizes of bag off the same production line. This is where the Modular palletising series comes into play. The easy programming software on the Modular bag palletiser enables your factory floor staff to re-program the robot for palletising different bag sizes within minutes.

Bag stacking patterns are automatically optimised in the software which enables you to quickly select the best stack patterns to get the most bags on your pallets without having to spend a lot of time planning.

A bag gripper is usually used to pick and place bags onto the pallet, however a vacuum gripper may be used if the bag is suitable for this. A bag gripper has positioning pins, lifting pins and a centre clamp which is also a vacuum gripper. Due to the unique way in which the gripper works this results in a very neatly stacked pallet. The vacuum gripper on the bag gripper also enables it to pick and place the pallets onto the conveyor.

Palletising speeds are optimised to suit your process and depending on the speeds you need to achieve, a standard pick and place method may be used, or for higher speed applications, a layer forming process will usually be used.
