The Modular carton palletising system is quick to install, low cost and fast and easy to program.

Depending on your production process, you many need to palletise different carton sizes off the same production line. This is where the Modular palletising series comes into play. The easy programming software on the Modular palletising series enables your factory floor staff to re-program the robot for palletising different carton sizes within minutes. The system can also be programmed to palletise multiple box sizes off multiple lines simultaneously.

Stack patterns are automatically optimised in the software which enables you to quickly select the best stack patterns to get the most on your pallets without having to spend a lot of time planning.

Carton palletising usually requires a foam vacuum gripper head. This is used to not only pick and place the cartons onto the pallet, but can also be used to pick and place cardboard slip sheets between layers, and to place pallets onto the conveyor.

Palletising speeds are optimised to suit your process and depending on the speeds you need to achieve, a standard pick and place method may be used, or for higher speed applications, a row gripping or layer forming process will be used.
