But it doesn&#8217;t have to be that way. Here&#8217;s what the video covers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Installed by the end of day one<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One customer was quoted a minimum of two weeks&#8217; installation time elsewhere, with multiple engineers on site. Our team had their system installed by the end of the first day. A big reason for that speed is our patented modular palletiser design \u2014 the system arrives largely pre-built and pre-tested, so time on your factory floor is kept to a minimum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Picking its first case in under 48 hours<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From the moment the system arrived and was uncrated, to the moment it picked its first case and stacked it on a pallet, took less than 48 hours. That&#8217;s what installation should look like: measured in days, not weeks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Three days of hands-on, on-site training<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A fast install means nothing if your team can&#8217;t run the machine confidently. At one customer&#8217;s site in Whitton, our engineers stayed for three days of hands-on training, helping both the engineering and production teams set up and fully automate the machine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Staying on to iron out integration issues<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our team then stayed a further day to supervise live operation \u2014 and resolved communication issues between the palletiser and other parts of the production line&#8217;s control system before leaving site. Integration problems are dealt with there and then, not left for you to discover on Monday morning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Immediate post-installation support<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When questions came up after the install, the response was immediate.
